How does the booking process work?
Once you send us an inquiry with what you are booking for with your dates, we will then decide on the best package together (if you aren't already sure). After that we will send you a rental agreement for you to read over and fill out. After the rental agreement is completed we require a 50% deposit to hold your spot, with further payment required at a disclosed date before event.

Where are you located? / Where do you set up your tents?
We are located in Clearwater County, AB, but we are a mobile company. This means we set up wherever works for you; whether that is on your own private land, a campsite, or a prearranged venue of your choice.

What area do you serve?
We primarily serve the area of Clearwater County, AB and surroundings. Our home base is Rocky Mountain House, Alberta and we offer free mileage within a 50km radius of the town, mileage fees occur past that. However, we are willing to travel to new locations if requested!

Do you offer bundle rates for multiple nights?
We do offer bundle rates. The price for 2 nights is less expensive than our one night fee, and every night after that is discounted to 80$/night.

Why are your event packages more expensive than your glamping packages?
Our events take a lot more time to set up and take down, additional decoration, as well as a lot more preparation behind the scenes.

Are there local vendors you recommend?
Yes! We have worked with a variety of amazing vendors that would make your event or glamping experience that much better.
